And should we dance the tango once again?
For now the moon is falling from the sky,
While sultry music fades into silence,
And time is rushing on to dreaded when
We’ll share a kiss before we say goodbye
And clocks tick slowly in a saddened sense.
The days apart seem overcast and grey
As if the sun has lost the will to shine,
On those meaningless hours of sit and wait
Until at last there comes the happy day
To share a meal and sip the fruity wine
For love, has led us to impassioned fate.
So, let us once again enjoy the dance
As is the want of old fashioned romance
