Poets Play

Form: Collins Sestet

Those gentle words that speak of loving grace
Where e'er I gaze upon her moonlit face
The sacred love that longs to comfort me,
Within the shadows of a dream I see
That home is where the heart is, so they say,
And love divine is where the poets play.
And as I pray in lunar light, I long
To hear the melody of magic's song;
Oh, mysteries in holy words of love,
Impart my soul to know the truth thereof,
That home is where the heart is, so they say,
And love divine is where the poets play

        1. Now there’s a thing should we explain our work, or let the reader take their own thoughts?

          Littele trip back to my acedemic days, there.
