Form: Mabini Sonnet
So sweet the harshness left on kiss-bruised lips
Salivating the tongue with a desire
Raising the draperies to passion’s fire
As in half-glances morality slips
Like her discarded panties to the floor
A casual reminder there’s so much more
And I am putty to her fingertips
As I feel her lust grinding on my hips
All those words of love are not needed now
Unconsidered promises a vow
In wine-fuelled lust and how forever grips
A moment of weakness leading to sex
And so I’m cursed by adultery’s hex
My love is gone and none kisses my lips
